Ernie Martin, founder and principal of Persuasion Communications Group, Inc. brings more than 18 years of marketing, communications and interactive/design experience to organizations in the Atlanta area. With tenures in marketing, advertising and communications departments with several Fortune 500 corporations, Mr. Martin has positioned Persuasion Communications Group as a valued resource that works closely with its clients to deliver ROI-driven creative communications solutions on time and within budget. Current Persuasion Communications Group clients include Delta Air Lines, Kimberly-Clark Professional, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Manheim, Georgia EMC and Unisys.

Prior to launching Persuasion Communications Group, Mr. Martin worked as Communications Manager for Delta Air Lines. In that role, he was responsible for helping the Delta executive of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport successfully communicate to more than 5,000 employees via traditional and online channels. In addition, Mr. Martin headed the International Working Group for the SkyTeam Cargo Alliance, representing Delta, in which he managed the alliance’s 2-year anniversary with an event and press conference in Hong Kong in 2002. Prior to joining Delta, Mr. Martin served as Marketing Communications Manager for the Southeast Region of CIGNA Healthcare and as Director of Marketing and Communications of Caribiner International, the largest global corporate entertainment organization in the world at that time. Mr. Martin’s other roles included Marketing Communications Manager at Georgia Pacific, in which he managed the marketing and communications activities for business units with well over $1 billion in revenue and Marketing Manager at UJB Financial, New Jersey’s third largest bank holding company (since absorbed by Bank of America).

Mr. Martin holds a BS in Marketing from Xavier University of Louisiana and is an active member with the Atlanta chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators. He resides in Jonesboro, Georgia with his wife Kim, his collaborator and the co-creator of the Baxter the Bunny cartoon series, which can be found at www.baxterthebunny.com.
